Lacking full functionality I like the app for saving my thoughts on new wines I try. For that it works great. I love how it automatically syncs the label picture to more info about the wine. However, I can't connect with my friends who also use the app. It tells me to change settings, but the option I need to find isn't there so it's frustrating
Good app to catalog wines I like that you don't have to choose wines from a database since most of my wines are local and aren't in those databases. Easy to use. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to sort the wines in "my bin" by anything other than date.
Might be good....... .....but alerts me every time phone is restarted: "Corkbin has stopped" Worse - no response from them when emailed request for solution. Uninstalled from Galaxy SIII. (Fix it and let me know and I might reconsider. Too many good competitors to mess with it.)
Poor Stays loaded automatically, cant only use it if I want to..have never actually had time to use it. Crashes the whole phone frequently to auto restart amid unrelated workload. Very disruptive.
Needs a little adjustment I'm ready to embrace it, but there's a couple of things stopping me diving in. What I need is an at-a-glance pictorial , annotated reference of wines I've drunk and what I think of them, but the quality of the thumbnails are dreadful and I can't make out what's what. Also why would we want a date as opposed to the name of the wine under the thumbnails? I'd like to rate in halves, too. I like the fact that my wines are 'backed up' by logging in though which is what's missing from most.
No go Every time I turn on my phone in the morn I get a mess. Saying Corkbin has stopped. I am uninstalling.
