Without a doubt... this is the best offline map I have ever seen. The amount of detail is amazing and should make this app very useful, I look forward to trying this app out on my next road trip. I have found some highways marked as "way", but this is only a small error. One thing I was surprised not to find, are clearly defined state borders on the map of Australia; these are on all maps but not in this app.
Off line facility good Takes a while to bcome acustomed to the app - but good to be able to set your destination with nominated way points. It has a few bugs and can go into meltdown, especially if your route is over 900 kms and you have more than 5 waypoints. Probably works best for shorter trips with fewer waypoints.
What's purpose of this. So many ads. Can't understand why people are giving 5 star's for this useless app. Just to make sure, one star just because there is no option of zero or minus. More time spending to shut down all ads then using maps. There is lot more lot better apps on play store for free. Thanks for nothing!
Got me out of the poop when the taxi driver left me and my disabled wife over 2 Km from our destination. I'd give it 10 stars if I could just for that. I also found it a good companion to Google maps due to the different ways they show things.
Pathetic search This concept is sound, but the fact the search function can't find Alice Springs is a terminal failing. I guess we get what we pay for. The four stars are to encourage the dev. Will give five stars when the app actually works.
Great app! I'm very impressed with this app, particularly as it's freeware. It runs smoothly and fast on my old Android tablet and is intuitive. Some of the maps lack accuracy close in, but this is acceptable. Having an offline, searchable and navigable map such as this is a must. Well done on a first rate, essential tool.
