The app does not work. I get a "Connection error" message. I have contacted support but nothing was fixed yet, they just insist on the usual actions like re-installing the app etc which does not actually fix anything. Leupay replied that "Connection error" means that I don't have internet access. However, I DID have proper internet access every time I tested the app. PROOF: If I give a wrong username/password during login I IMMEDIATELY get a message that I used the wrong credentials. But if I give the correct username and password, then after a delay of many seconds I get the "Connection error" message. Obviously, after successful login the app is trying to connect to a host that cannot be reached by MANY users. UPDATE (20 Sep 2017): After the latest update there is a problem with the interface. The whole screen is blank (white) and the only visible thing is the LeuPay logo. This makes it impossible to login.
I changed the phone number. Now i cannot get sms to use the app neither the web page so i can change the phone number there. The mobile upgrade with new number causes troubles. I already contact support and waiting for a solution.

I've been using them for a few month, albeit not very much. So far I think they have some of the best account features in the EU, and their customer support people are always trying to be helpful. Taking off one star, though, because there are limits and restrictions in their features that are not or not well documented sometimes, which can be frustrating. (This has already gotten a lot better with the new web site.)
