My loan ends this year. I am going to change the bank because of the app. multiple login failures, kicked out of the app multiple times after every action, and poor loading time. I have suffered with this app for 3 years now. can't wait to change the bank and enjoy proper online banking.

got very poor service in account opening, after applied, I get improper response and not get debit card also. totally waste of time for new account opening and wasting our time also. Applying to other bank who can do properly.

This isn't an app as it simply rediverts you to the existing webpage. More importantly it doesn't accept my password (which I'm entering correctly). It's quite embarrassing that, not only is the bank the slowest in creating a mobile app, it can't even get the job done correctly after taking so long
