Ratings and reviews

Abysmal. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The app has been down for almost a month and they keep pushing the completion date back. And when it does "work" it's not much better. Glitches constantly. Account info gets lost. Log in issues almost every time. Remembers old vehicles even after account deletion and vehicle deletion. Customer service are a waste of space. So don't go looking for help, it isn't coming.

App has been down for maintenance for over a week and the date for completion just keeps moving further away. Unhappy that I had to pay £2.99 per month to keep the function once the vehicle was 3 years old, and now I have cancelled the reoccurring subscription payment being taken from my bank account. Useless app which has never worked well and now they expect you to pay for something that doesn't work at all. Do not bother paying for this function, it is definitely not worth it, nor reliable.

I've had the app for the wife's cars for many years as she always gets a new Leaf every few years (lucky her). The app has never been great, but after a bit of an update, it actually seems to have got worse. All that I can see has changed is the potential ability to buy more connected services, everything else is the same. It also seems to be 'unable to retrieve my details' unless I log out and back in each time. Nissan, your app is not fit for purpose. Sort it before releasing an update.
