Ratings and reviews

It is useless. It keeps saying that there are no passkeys available. This is the scribe time it has done this stopping you using the app. I have done everything they asked to solve the problem the first time, it started working then this happens again three weeks later. Nothing has changed I am the same person with the same phone with the same credentials. It's quite frankly annoying and would stop me buying any further nissan products.

Not a bad app. Very basic free features. Shouldn't have to pay for battery/charge data on an EV! Also it would be good if we could change the price for individual charging sessions. I charge my car at work mostly for free but sometimes when I'm traveling, I will use public charger. The charging cost isn't accurate as a total which is a shame
