Now working much better. Had to disable web browser, then sign into the Nissan app, then restart web browser. a bit too much messing about, but at least the work around works. as for the app, you don't get much for what you pay for, however, it is handy if you forget where the car is parked. How many trips you have done and hours driven is a tad pointless. .

Handy for checking battery status, but other things seem quite expensive for what they offer, especially when you add in the level of data collection from the telematics unit. Also it seems to ask me to login every time I use it, and can have connectivity issues. At the moment it just says the battery status is unavailable and says to "refresh the app". Reloading or changing network doesn't seem to work. I assume their servers are down, but they don't seem to have a status page.

Update 2 months later: Decreased rating from 3 to 1 since climate control has completely stopped working. Now the app has no use. Previous review: the app is very slow and too often unresponsive or won't open. It also often logs me out randomly. Edit: In response to Nissan's reply below. Your FAQ link does not work. I found it on Google and it doesn't help with any of my issues. Please just make your app more reliable/responsive
