Could be better I slightly prefer the app, Seconds Pro, because of its versatility. This app will be nicer when it allows for having different number of sets, reps, and timing for each grip. For example, in the book, the intermediate strength workout has one set for the warm-up jug, and two sets for the subsequent grip exercises. There doesn't appear to be a way to set that up with the current functionality of the timer. Also, it would be nice if more of the workouts from the book were included without having to set up a
Awesome. I just did my second beginner hangboard workout, and used this for 3 weeks of base training. It's excellent. Update: I'm on my third season and I still love this app. I don't have to worry about timing my workouts. This thing takes care of it all.
Great training app Great timer features. I don't have to look at the app all the time while training and no longer have to use my phone stop watch. Just wish it had the rock prodigy forge board as an option as its my new favorite board.
Really well thought out and designed app, but I wish it logged how much additional weight (or counterweight assist) you use for each grip, and showed that to you before the next workout.
It keeps crashing
Good, but... Have only played with it a little, but it's disappointing that it doesn't show 1/100s since that's something that Mark Anderson (RP method designer) specifically suggests for training since it makes it easier to accurately predict start times for a set. Otherwise looks good and is nicer than a basic timer app.
