Not sure what I'm doing right compared to other reviews here, but we do have the new WiFi 7 router that's way better than previous routers we've had. For me, good graphics making it very easy to navigate. Not so keen on the support bot Tubi, not at all easy typing up a complex issue using a phone or a keypad, much prefer talking to a person....

To assist others experiencing connectivity issues with their router, I recommend the following solution: reset your Wi-Fi router and allow it to fully re-establish its connection. Subsequently, attempt to connect through the broadband application. This method proved effective in my experience. I found the support provided by Vodafone customer service to be unhelpful, as they advised a prolonged waiting period.

*26/8/24* Issues logging in, and no longer seem to be able to view devices connected to WiFi, which was an important feature for me. Uninstalled. *update 7/1/25* App is still absolute garbage. Still can't log in to even test any improvements. Uninstalled again. *update 3/6/26* app still doesn't recognise log in details. Can't manage new router/booster. I'd give minus points if I could.
