WARNING: user must give this application permission to read/write/view storage folder!
A few users using Android v7+ reported issue that they cannot see files in directory tree, just because they didn't give enough permissions to the app!

This application is never requesting permissions to connect the Internet etc.
Such image sequence might be interesting for f.e.:
- people who want to publish PDF in video in video-sharing websites or television. Join image-sequence to video file and upload.
- people who want to use PDF on printers, or other devices that don't have PDF reader,
- people who want to use PDF on website, without requiring people to download and install PDF reader, or don't want to give them entire file at once (just a limited quantity of pages).
After running application user has to pick PDF document file in directory tree.
Wait a bit and image sequence will be generated to Output Folder.
User can optionally specify Start Page, and End Page.
If they're not given entire PDF will be converted.
User can optionally specify Width and Height of newly generated PNG image.
If Width and Height are both set, they are used as-is,
If Width is set, but Height is 0,
or Width is 0, and Height is set,
Aspect ratio is calculated and maintained.
If both Width and Height are 0, PDF document internal dimensions are used.
Start Index is optional parameter from which image sequence will start,
Count is optional parameter, which might be interesting for user wanting to generate video.
If video will have 30 FPS, and user will set Count 60, each page of PDF, will be visible for 2 seconds on video.
