REVISED: I think the problem was that I was trying to move "All;" I set the amount to a few dollars short of my holdings, and the transaction worked. A little unintuitive, but decent app. ———————————————— $1000 completely locked up. I was able to buy-in perfectly fine, but now I can't do anything. Can't swap it, can't transfer it - "Something went wrong" every single time. My money might as well be gone. Support was quick to respond, but no resolution yet.

I've been using this app since it was just on the desktop way back when. At first, it was a simple easy wallet to use to store multiple types of cryptocurrency, while keeping your local private keys safe. Then they introduce their swapping feature. The minimum amount of exchange is ridiculous, as you have to have a lot of crypto in order to change it into another. You got to have over $100 in order to exchange certain circumstances. I would love for them to get into business with MoonPay.

I liked this app for some time due to access to certain coins with a reasonable trading rate. But I have many moments where I am not sure if my coins are missing or if the app is just lagging. I found this to always be an issue and now it seems to be more frequent. I recently updated the app and a chunk of my coins are no longer being shown in my account and it's hours later since I first checked so I am concerned.
