As others have described, the auto renew is NOT in the Play Store so the charge sneaks up on you. I had a reminder in my calendar to cancel but didn't see it listed in Play, so I assumed I had already cancelled. Now I have a three month subscription and the app doesn't even recognize it so I can't get the benefits of what I paid. Maybe it's a great deal but I will never know.

i really like this app allot. There is a huge variety of different exercises to choose from and i like how they offer ones that arent just for your face either, like yesterday i did one that focused on good posture. I'm glad they have a 3 day trial but i feel like that's what too short and in my opinion it costs way too much to subscribe. unfortunately i can't afford it at all, which is why i took advantage of the trial. though if i had a subscription, i know i would do this everyday! :)

I liked the app by itself. But customer service and financial politic RUINS the good app((( 1.I never subscribed for a monthly fee of $42 per month - and was charged for a year.. I subscribed for a free trial / 3 months subscription. but not monthly fee!2.When I occasionaly tried to open the app through google account, they created THE SECOND ACCOUNT!!!! for THE SAME E-MAIL! and started to charge me from the second account too! 3. Customer service - is a chat bot named Dmytro. SCAMMERS!
