Doesn't seem to work. After selecting an object on the page (google spreadsheet chart) I cannot find way to continue and place the widget.
This app is disappointing. Although it claims to let the user make widgets from "web content", that generalization is much too broad. It seems to only work with HTML pages. To reference the specific part of a page to be shown in a widget, it uses CSS selectors. If the app is given the URL of an image or other data as content, it tries to treat it as HTML, which fails. Many times I've seen the app freeze after I gave it the URL of non-HTML content. That said, it doesn't do a bad job when it gets the type of content it expects. It would be helpful if it would explicitly state that type in the UI and give an error message when it's unable to work with some content. It doesn't meet my immediate needs, which is to make a widget displaying a self-animating SVG image.
No graphics can be displayed. Is it by design? But your description doesn't say so... Awaiting to rate higher once it works better
Doesn't work on Android 7 Nexus 5x. There is no way to continue after selecting the webpage you want.
Useful & flexible - great widget! Very useful for putting live spreadsheet info into a widget format. There aren't many widgets that enable this, and Meta is the best I've used so far.
Indispensable This is one of the most important apps on the smartphone. I absolutely love it!
