Look, I'm no CS major, but I do know my way around technology. I could not figure out after much trial/error/research how to get a desktop undelete utility to scan my MTP phone. And yes, I tried all the suggestions in all the forums. I also tried a few other undelete apps to try to get out of paying the 5 bucks to undelete files other than pictures. This app was the thing that finally worked. Yes, you do have to root your phone, but none of the other apps that will supposedly work without rooting worked for me.
Does not recover any info on my LG Stylo 3 Plus running nougat. I granted root, and keep getting, "Failed", really would like to see my device supported because it's an impressive format.
Thanks for replying. I rooted my phone as you recommended. I needed it for audio files but it didn't recover any audio files neither mp3, m4a, ogg nor gp3 files.
I have a very important video i need to recover, I paid for the app and it still only gives me photos and nothing else
I paid 320 to recover. File count exceeded 2000 and it froze. 20 times! Amazing!!
It was recovering items I didn't even download, I dont know if I did that and I don't remember or its just downloading random pictures
