Getting started is simple. You may receive an email or text message from your care team with a link or unique 6-digit PIN to register quickly. In some cases, your surgeon or healthcare provider may direct you to an online form where you can register for the right care pathway. SO many glitches. Tells me I have info pages to read when I've done them all, several times. I think it will be useful for my recovery and exercise etc but the preop content is so frustrating. 3 updates since and still the same issues, none fixed. Emailed support many times. Wish I could see which info pages it thinks I haven't read so I can try and clear them. So frustrating.

constantly logging in and out really slowly. it won't show how many steps I have done. tried clearing data and cache, and also deleted and reinstalled the app. went on Google Play, and it shows the updated version, but the app itself shows the old version. been in contact with support from my recovery app but no help from them .

Was very satisfied with this app. However over the last couple of weeks, it had intermittently failed to start, freezing at anywhere between 53% and 59%. As a result, have been unable to enter my exercises every time. Update: I have since uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Seems to be working fine now, and fingers crossed, hope that is the last of the problem.
