About this app

Fango reminds you in time which food to use first, so the food you buy doesn't end up in the bin. You can save up to £50 a month.

Scan your supermarket receipt and the AI adds the items to your fridge and estimates the shelf life and expiry date of each one. Correct the date to the best before or use-by date on the pack if you like. Freezer and cupboard included.

Try everything free for one month — unlimited scans and items. After that the subscription continues automatically; you'll see the price in the app, and you can cancel anytime. No account, no sign-up: by default your data stays on your phone.

PRIVACY

Products, dates, prices, shopping lists and stats stay on your phone by default. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no ad networks.

Household sharing is the only feature where part of your food data is stored on a server — and only if you create or join a household yourself. The household then shares items, shared shopping lists and entries under an anonymous ID; your receipts, product memory and settings stay on your device. When the last member leaves, the household's data is deleted.
