I like but What is this new thing with fingerprints that makes it difficult for me to access my account this morning? Should it be compulsory? Must we not be given a choice whether or not we want to have it? Now i can't access my account rapidly because of fingerprints. Not everyone's phone supports the fingerprint way of logging in so i am not happy at all!
Kinda rude if the chat service available in Finnish only, then you shouldnt make menu of chat section when we select English Language. And its kinda rude that customer service disconnect chat when trying to talk in English. This is irresponsible from Nordea and im even thinking to change Bank....Its unacceptable...
