Sync just doesn't work. I have to remove the app and reinstall and even then it doesn't work everytime. Feel missold as polar advise that "see your progress and share your success with the free app" which is clearly not the case and I don't want to plug it in everytime to sync. Checking sale of goods act as just because the app is free, the watch is sold on the basis you can sync. Polar, please don't direct me to the website. It hasn't helped me. Please don't direct me to your agent. They advise must people are having sync problems. Just sort it out and give your customers a decent service, or let's talk refund. It really is that bad.
As others have mentioned, the app is fine in terms of its features; however, the app leaves a lot to be desired since it is so capricious in its syncing. There appears to be no rhyme or reason as to why it will sync all right on one occasion and fail the next. You might have to try syncing a half dozen times before it "takes." A 17% success rate really isn't that impressive ~ Update 6/19/17 - Still a terrible app. For the past 3+ months the app won't even sign me in. All I see is a never-ending "Please wait" notification. Boo!
Gail at start Onboarding experience with the M600. Initial sync fail and watch locks up. Reset/factory reset. Reconnect to android wear up. Slow sync. Polar flow app only ever says "Installing polar flow". Try sync with PC. "USB device not recognised". Flow sync on pc fails. About to reset, rebox and return.
Won't connect to my m600! I used this app with an m200 no issue. It's connected to Android Wear and all of my other apps are syncing. I hope Polar Flow and under devices NOTHING. I've reset, uninstalled/re-installed all apps and restarted my phone and the watch a million times AND STILL NOTHING!
The app is okay. I went back to Polar after Fitbit failed me. Now my Polar Loop 2 activity information is having sync issues after the last 2 updates which is very disheartening. I hope it's just a glitch for now and the next update corrects it. I use this app in conjunction with myfitnesspal which worked well together until recently. Fingers crossed for an update!
Does what it supposed to do. Organized well enough but huge problem is syncing my a360. I have to restart my phone to get my a360 to sync. Its keep telling "No devices found" when i have my phone's bluetooth activated and everything. This is super frustrating and I hope you guys fix this problem. Until then, im giving it 2 star.ls.
This update brings support for firmware update for the Polar H10 heart rate sensor. For Polar M600 users we've added support for swimming metrics.
