Hello, I would like to know what is going to happen to us V650 users? I love my Polar device but it often fails when syncing and obviously is very slow to sync with my Galaxy S7. Please don't forget us. We trust your products just please make sure we keep trust on your company's promises. I would like to know if you're planning on making the syncing and spp user experience better and easier to use?
My a360 stopped syncing with my phone, I even connected with cable to laptop and still can't retrieve the activity for last week. I uninstalled the app on my phone, I unconnected Bluetooth on both phone and watch And then paired it again, still can't retrieve info... it's not even 1yr old, please help, I really love my watch! !
I use this with an H7 and an a300. Sync between phone and watch is pretty solid but sync between this app and Google fit could use a bit of work. A lot of the time it just get information totally wrong either no syncing steps properly or not accurately syncing calories. Also my A300 tracks sleep which syncs with the app but for some reason polar doesn't pass this info on to Google fit, I wish that info was synced.
Like the app. It's a bit disjointed to move around until you get used to it. I'd love to see the recovery chart available on the Web based version (diary>recovery process) be made available on the phone app too. That's the only thing I miss from the Web based service on my phone.
If I haven't synced for a few days, the synching fails, and only the latest day is recorded. I use a Google Pixel phone and an M400. I'm more than happy to adjust my rating to more stars when this issue is fixed.
Sadly, the bug fix is made for six months. No way... Polar no way for my expensive and no useful, no fun. Worst app ever, realy. Worst web interface. Fully crap.
If you use Polar Flow in Czech and have had trouble editing sport profiles, this release brings a fix for that.
