I use this app to keep me on an eating schedule since I forget to eat and remain mindful of what I am eating. It feels good to look back on my day and see that I made healthy food choices. I really like this app but I think there are several deficiencies. The app is clunky. After I take a photo of my food I can't get back to the main screen or access the other features unless I use my phone's back button. I also suggest removing the health tips because they're very cliche and not useful. The app asks me about my goals but doesn't do any sort of follow up. I suggest to drop these extra features and focus on making the interface slicker.
This is good self control application. It's helpfull if you want to control your overeating. Taking foto of what you eat improves your eating habbits.
So far so good. I'm still getting used to remembering to stop and take a photo of my food though 😂. When I do forget it would be handy if there was a feature to duplicate a previous meal (I often have a smoothie for breakfast). I'm finding though it's making my meal a little more special. I have to take a photo so I present the meal a little nicer, which in turn makes it more of an occasion. I think that's nice and over time I can see it leading to better food choices.
Just started, but I love how I can take a simple pic. See where, when, with whom, what I ate and I can even make a note about how I was feeling. I also love that you read previous reviews and made changes accordingly. That is rare, you guys are awesome. Crazy request: I dispise pink and I was wondering whether the colour scheme can be changed. Sorry and thank you. Your guys are awesome. Good job.
I took my first picture and the app 'steals' them. It doesnt store to ypur phone too, just the app. Meaning I couldnt share the photo anywhere else without advertising this app. Appalling. If youre good enough people will share you because they want too. Not because theyre hostage to do so!
I have just Started and love this app, very user friendly. There are so many goals the photos can assist with. Am recommending to my patients too, kzndietitian.
