With the help of this app you can improve your physical performance like power, endurance and speed with high intensity training methods. Lenght of the exercises varies from 4 to 30 mins and are mostly done with hardly any equipment.
Our exercises are planned so that you can start training at gym, home or for example in hotel during a trip. There's only 3 exercises visible at a time, one for today, yesterday and tomorrow. One of these exercises is always totally equipment-free so you can do it virtually anywhere.
