Updated... I was able to find the settings and we're back in business. I'm so happy! Very disappointed with this app now. I have used this for years but now have a Galaxy S21 so that may be the issue. I had purchased the enhanced version to have more options and was able to control speed of snowfall, lights on trees, etc. The time of day doesn't change, the color in background has changed, there's no lights on the trees, no Santa sightings and I can only find the app itself in the Playstore.

Despite the previous lackluster reviews, I was holding out hope this app would open on my Galaxy S7. I followed the "alternate" instructions and even long pressed an empty app spot on my Home Screen>Live Wallpapers. I was able to choose this app as a Live Wallpaper, but absolutely cannot access the custom settings options. Literally all I can do is default it as my background and/or home screen, and that's only thanks to my phone. Unfortunately I wasted my time. Don't waste yours, too.

Bad app all around! Slows down phone. Rate this app pop up happens continuously even before using the app for the first time! Kinda hard to rate it if you have never used it. Won't allow you to uninstall it in phone's settings you have to uninstall it from playstore. Its a time consuming pain in the booty!
