About this app

FitToFit allows you to transfer your fitness data from Fitbit to Google Fit. The data is queried directly from your Fitbit account and inserted into Google Fit. To do this, you must first log in with your Fitbit account and give FitToFit access to the data that you want to transfer. You will then be asked to connect to your Google account, into which the data from Fitbit should be inserted. FitToFit uses the access and your data exclusively for the transfer from Fitbit to Google Fit. Your data is not stored outside of Fitbit and Google Fit.

FitToFit can handle:
- steps
- activities
- distances
- heart rate
- sleep
- weight
- body fat
- food
- water

You can select and change the data types in the app settings.

NOTE: It may happen that the data you transfer is not immediately visible in the Google Fit app, because it will take a while for all the images to be updated.

With the AutoSync feature, the steps can be automatically transferred from your Fitbit account to Google Fit. If you prefer manual synchronization, the reminder function helps you to remember this. Both functions can be activated under the menu item "Settings" when required. The AutoSync function allows you to choose between different intervals.

This app is available in English and German.

Thanks to Chris Stasonis for the Fitbit API sample modules! (

Overall great experience. Very easy to use. If set up correctly, it will update automatically and you'll never think twice about it. The only thing that is preventing me from giving this a full 5 stars is that nutritional information doesn't seem to get imported from the Fitbit app to Google Fit, even though it shows in the list of data being imported.

So I downloaded it, and it failed to work. The redirect in my web browser kept failing, it showed just a blank white screen and wouldn't move from that screen. I did a Google search and for some users it just fails. As far as I can see, this bug has not been fixed yet. I guess I am one of those "lucky" few. 1 star until they address this issue. I am using a Galaxy Samsung 7 Edge, if I ever get a response.

Used to work great. Suddenly, today, it want's me to login to fitbit again and give it all of the permissions all over again. I do that, hit "allow" and it takes me right back to the permissions screen. Frustrating. I tapped allow all and it worked. So, if I don't want Tom Tietze tracking my sleep and weight, the app isn't going to work anymore. I'll like uninstall if this isn't fixed this weekend.

Hey, currently you have to allow access to all data types to login. After the login you can select the data types you want to transfer. An update which allow you to choose the data types before the login will come soon.

What's new

Compatibility with Android 13. FitToFit now supports the following features:
- themed app icon
- app specific languages
- notification permission
