I love the whole concept of the fitbark! Everything is great. The customer service I receive is absolutely fantastic, any issues I've had, they have been on it! Best customer service ever!
Excellent way to keep track of my boys walks and sleep. Have a dog recovering from cancer so this lets me know if we are taking it at a steady pace for him.Easy to set up, good user interface and great customer service from Allison. Dont hesitate to get one and use its great :)
This app helps me get in shape trying to help my dog reach his daily points
so much fun. don't listen to your friends who tease you for getting a "fitbit" for your dog. it's a great motivator to make sure your dog gets its points. doesnt count steps per set, rather it has its own algorithm for converting varying movements a dog makes into "bark points". it does have rough conversion to miles that you can calibrate to a known 1 mile walk. uo of app is a bit clunky,... too many screens in my opinion. I suppose some of his clutter is if you have more than one. pet you're tracking. perhaps if just one pet, it could be an option of what screen you land on when launching the app. but I'm getting the hang of the navigation after a week of messing with it. sync isn't flawless seems like every couple days it doesn't sync unless I reboot my phone, but they seem to be always updating the app and fixing little quirks. support is super friendly and responsive. wish I had bought this when I first heard of it. wish list... a way to chart other things going on in dogs life, like illness, appetite, weight, meds, potty, odd things you notice about behavior, vet appointments, vet notes, etc. then be able to overlay these metrics onto a graph of sleep and activity. this would be a huge benefit to vets in helping to diagnose problems. memory's aren't always great in tracking and correlating this sort of detail, so being able to track these odd bits in one place would be invaluable to pet care. perhaps this could be a subscription add on. also my dog is "older" than her chronological age do to a range of physical problems, so the targets and percentile data is skewed for her age. so i changed he age in the app to make her a senior dog to make ME feel better about her endurance and point average and a more achievable target. it would be nice if in the medical section where you check off conditions, it would give your dog a point or percentile "handicap" or something. dunno... just a thought.
Great way to keep fir with man's best friend.
Its great for keeping an eye on the petsitter
