We have the best players in the game teaching you skills so that you can work on your craft and take your game to the next level. We will teach you AFL drills that are used at the elite level.
We also have a special section called “Like a Superstar” where on your main training day, you will be taught by a Superstar player of the game.
Our High Performance staff from the AFL and AFLW have devised the best programs for you at your age and level of fitness.
We cover strength and conditioning programs as well as daily recovery sessions.
We have personalised your meals to your age, weight, level of fitness and gender.
Our Sports Dieticians have planned meals depending on if it’s your training day, a rest day, game day or the day leading into games.

We also have personalised Hydration strategies so that you can learn how best to rehydrate after you train or play.
The weekly calendar has been designed to replicate what AFL and AFLW players do during the week. We tell you exactly what to do every day of the week. This replicates the structure in the week the elite players have.
