Does the job but can use improvement. It should offer buttons for fixed percentages of the calibrated AOP rather than just a slider with plus and minus buttons. It should also let you enter the value manually. It would be good if it kept a history of workouts per devices paired (arms vs legs)

4mth update: 1 band broke, contacting CS The hardware bands do the job: convenient, quick, takes the guess work out of the equation. The issue with the band is they cannot be activated without the software mobile app so if this app ever breaks it's all money down the drain. Software: app is okay with the following concerns: (1) cannot use without internet e.g. warehouse gym with bad mobile signal (2) does not show nor save any historical data (3) app has not been update since 12 months ago.

What would be a nice additional feature for this app is to allow a user to access local storage from their phone in lieu of logging into their account using data or wifi to retrieve their cuff settings. Other than that, it's a great application.
