I'm not overweight but I still want to get more fit because I normally don't do any kind of sports. When you're used to no training at all, even the beginner 30 day challange will be hard for you. Even though it's supposed to be 2 days training and one day rest I have to sometimes because everything hurts. I like this app but the beginner should at least be a tiny bit easier, because I was really struggling at the beginning.
Well I've only dont one workout.. Let Mr tell you, I would be surprised if this didn't give results. I walk everywhere, uphill a lot and my legs can take a good workout but dang after yesterday doing the level 1 twice, I am so sore. Can't wait to continue on and see the results!
I think it's great but feel like there should be more info on the actual workout because some things are shown for only one leg then it said rest but you don't do the other leg unless I am not mistaken other than that I love it
I'm for sure a beginner and it makes a great start to my day helping me get moving and more active. I have lost alot of weight and now this is helping my tighten up and makes me feel better about myself
I just tried out the exercises in this app and am loving it... To get a good body shape ain't easy ...please add more routines to it I think it will b more useful...
it's quite good.. l love it.. it can helo me with my body problems and it's the one thdt pushed me to have my daily exercise..ughh l love it.. finally lm not gonna be insecure with my outfits from now on haha
