Personable, I like the fact I can store money on there. It gives me a budget for my coffee I wish I was able to to order ahead. I live outside of town and it's convenient for me to order and pick it up.

After many failed attempts to link many different cards. I can not get this to accept any of my forms of payment. I am tech savvy and this is clearly a problem on your end.

Hi Nikole. Please be aware there are two separate concepts in the app:
1. In the main menu: "Link your cards/fobs & wearables" (links a FloCo physical gift/ loyalty card to your app)
2. In the payments page: "Add a credit or debit card" (links a payment card)

Always have had a wonderful experience with Florence coffee ☕️. My drinks always come out the same and correct!! Oh and I never have to endure a crazy wait time before work!!!!
