About this app

FPCS ( Foreigners Present in Cambodia System ) app is to manage foreigner's information regarding their stay in Cambodia. It will record foreigner information when they arrive in Cambodia at any entry point. It will also record their data when they leave Cambodia. The main purpose of FPCS is to protect foreigner safety and security in case of emergency when they are traveling throughout Cambodia.

The app installed correctly. After scanning the passport it asked for a phone number. I did input my number (Cambodian and registered) but I didn't receive any verification code and the app stopped. Now it just repeats the message that the number is invalid and blocks any login. It is impossible to register again, since the passport can only be scanned once. No support or means to contact the developer.

This app is not working. If you are registering for the first time it works well but if you are trying to update after few months or so, it doesn't allow you to log in. It keeps on saying wrong password or wrong number. The only way it works is to change a new sim number and register again. But who is gonna do that everytime.

This app is not working well. I wrote an email to the web developer of this app but i did not get any response. I tried all the other strategies but still it is not working. All foreigners have the same complain and no solution.Some agencies get additional payment because most foreigners cannot access the app. Thanks to an old lady who helped me or else i will pay an additional amount. I hope they will not require this yet if they cannot solve the main issue that lies already. Better STOP this!
