Skynesis is a serious game developed by APEC to support recent graduates in their first steps toward employment and help them land their first job. In this narrative role-playing game, rising sea levels have transformed the world, forcing humanity to reinvent itself on the last remaining archipelagos. At the summit floats Skynesis, the legendary Celestial City where nature and technology coexist in perfect harmony. You are invited to take your place there, but will you even manage to reach it? To get there, you will have to traverse the archipelagos, assemble your crew, and overcome numerous challenges, making each encounter a learning opportunity for your career path and future. Fortunately, you are not alone. Sulis, your wise guide, watches over you, while Silver, always quick to offer constructive criticism and question your choices, will help you develop your soft skills and gain confidence for your career.

The gameplay blends exploration, quizzes, and mini-games of skill and speed. Your reflexes, adaptability, and soft skills will be put to the test. By successfully completing these challenges, you'll collect resources to upgrade your equipment and boat, allowing you to progress further in your adventure.

To travel from one archipelago to another, impress its governor in a simulated interview inspired by real-life recruitment situations. Choose your answers carefully to showcase your skills and develop the right reflexes to ace an interview and land your first job.
