About this app
Your phone is full. And your photos only exist in one place: on it.
ArkiaSuite is a digital office: your photos, files, emails, calendar, and documents all in one place, on hand-built servers, in a cabinet you can see, in Frontenex, Savoie. The person who replaces a hard drive is the one who answers the phone: 09 51 56 59 54. During the workshop's opening hours, someone will answer.
Backing up your photos
Install the app, activate backup, and your photos will automatically be transferred to your storage space in the background. They'll then be in two places instead of one. Once you've verified that they've arrived, you can free up space on your phone.
• Wi-Fi only, if you wish
• Only while charging, if you prefer
• Videos are optional and must be activated separately
Your photos arrive complete, with the date and location where they were taken. Android hides the location by default; ArkiaSuite requests the original files.
As a guide, 5 GB represents approximately 1,500 phone photos.

One account only
An @arkiamail.fr email address and password open everything. The same account is used on this phone, your Windows computer, and the website.
The Free Plan
5 GB of file storage and 2 GB of email storage. No credit card required, no time limit, no ads. It will never become a paid service without your consent.
If you need more storage
Annual plans: from 100 GB to 3 TB of storage, and a mailbox from 5 to 100 GB. No in-app purchases are made.
What we don't do
• Analyze the content of your emails
• Read your documents
• Resell your data
• No advertising
• Train models on your data
These sentences cost nothing to write. What makes them tenable is how ArkiaSuite makes its money: our only revenue comes from subscriptions. Free accounts are funded by these subscriptions, not by advertising. Only one third-party service provider, Stripe, handles payment processing.
Backups, and a Limit
Backups are performed daily and verified, with an encrypted copy stored in a second building in Faverges. All communication between your phone and our servers is systematically encrypted. However, the hard drives in our office are not password-protected: if one were stolen, someone could open it. The office itself is locked. We prefer to state this clearly.
