Jamais vu une mutuelle aussi nulle. Plus de 3 semaines de délais pour répondre à des demandes de remboursement ou à des mails. La télétransmission a été mal activée et donc ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de rester connecter sur l'appli, il faut ressaisir son mot de passe à chaque fois.
