Incomprehensible. You asked me for my request or my suggestion in response to that comment. It is: as well as offering to send a SMS with the code, please offer an alternative of sending it by email instead, as is done by various UK banks, e.g. Smile. This will enable UK mobiles or laptops etc to be able to use the app. If you do not do this, I shall be unable to pre-order a delivery of food from Intermarche to meet our arrival in France except by using a British credit card which would be much more expensive.

This app and online access used to work, but for the last 4 months, I can no longer access my account. Contacted Banque Populaire several times by email and telephone to resolve the issue, as apparently the access problem is due to new security measures that require 2 part authentication. A good measure if it works, but it doesn't! Banque Populaire have promised to resolve this for me, but to date, I still can't access my account. Very dated vision of online banking when compared to UK banks.

It is impossible to install updates, it is impossible to quickly check the account balance, you need to wait 4-5 days for the information to be updated.... This is simply outrageous in 2024 and the level of technology. I have not been able to update the application for 3 days, there is enough space on the phone.... The application is very difficult to use, you can at least look at competitors or in other countries...
