Impossible to even access the application any more. Nothing happens when I click on the application, just freezes ! I need to put in my confirmation when buying something via the app but I can't even access it to do that either. So cannot access my money !!

Couldn't access the app for the last 10 days still can't actually, I did everything that comes to mind remove the app and install several times but the issue seems to be unresolved. Looks like none is in charge of the app!!!!

Incomprehensible. You asked me for my request or my suggestion in response to that comment. It is: as well as offering to send a SMS with the code, please offer an alternative of sending it by email instead, as is done by various UK banks, e.g. Smile. This will enable UK mobiles or laptops etc to be able to use the app. If you do not do this, I shall be unable to pre-order a delivery of food from Intermarche to meet our arrival in France except by using a British credit card which would be much more expensive.
