Currently I cannot view my usage, it's been 5 days now, it says it will be fixed fast, well 5 days still the same, what's the point having this app if it can't function basic things like consumers usage.

Our service is appalling. Internet connection intermittent. No mobile reception available until more than 80 metres from the house. But I pay full price!

Can't give it stars if it doesn't work but 1 is the minimum. Staff woman set up my account spelling my first name as Brain 🧠 . Try changing that on the app. Changed from SFR but now not looking forward to being with Bouigue. What have I done 😩
