Ratings and reviews

The filters don’t work properly. For example, when selecting “public insurance,” many private doctors still appear in the results. In addition, a lot of the listed doctors don’t accept online appointments, and their availability isn’t visible. Why are these doctors even included on the app?what’s the point of listing them on the app?

Like many people here, problems with the login. No means to remember my password. "Stay logged in" doesn't work. The fingerprint login only seems to work if you were just switching back to the app, having recently opened it. Opening it for the first time in a day, and one is confronted with the same unhelpful login screen. My phone is secure. I don't get you to hinder access to the app so! Makes it really annoying to use.

So, apparently this app does not give you the option to switch to German or English and I thought I was able to cancel or inform the doctor's office of a delay within the app with just a few clicks.. I don't mind calling but I had different expectations. The design is also very simple. I like the service and desktop version but the app really lacks behind.
