Recently the app has become so annoying that it logs me out and I'm to log back in every time I open the app. Horrible design decision if it's intentional and not a bug. UPDATE: This isn't the first time I use a mobile app, so I know that some apps require authentication after some inactivity, which is usually done using biometrics. However with Doctolib, every few days, I'm completely logged out and would need to re-enter my password to even re-enable biometrics. This is clearly a bug!

biometric security is nice to have but stupid if the app is not used by one person and thus a code alternative option is necessary. 2. when I tried to reset password and open the email link, it diverts me to the app which ask me the password that we don't know anymore and doesn't allow us to reset. stupid right? why is simple logical path programming becoming difficult for many.

Really horrible terrible app. firstly their UI sucks and they don't even follow simple usability principles. Next the app is actually deceving - they show appointments and then when you go the next step there are no more appointments. Finally the app shows private appointments for public insurance patients. Honestly one of the worst products, flows and UI. You wasted so much of my time by booking wrong appointments. Terrible job making this app and website.
