The user experience is so bad that I nearly get a heart attack when using it. When searching for a doctor I have to insert my searches 1000 times, going back takes mtiple steps then entering all data again. In the search it shows available times which then later are not available anymore, so you tk go through a lot of doctors to really find an appointment, everytime going many steps back to enter data again. This app makes me wish back the times where I had to call the doctor and wait 2 hours.

As someone insured under Germany’s public health system, I find it incredibly frustrating that Doctolib shows doctors as “accepting public health insurance,” but when I try to book an appointment, only self-pay (private) slots are available.This is misleading and frustrating especially when someone is in pain and urgently looking for medical help. If a practice currently offers appointments only for private patients or self-payers, this should be clearly visible. Seriously guys !!!!!

Bulgarian language is not visible in the filter option (on the website or app) despite the fact that there are doctors who clearly marked it. Extremely discriminatory. There is no actual customer support where you can complain to. I missed so many excellent medical professionals who speak Bulgarian. Anyone from the developers can contact me for further info if they really want to improve the user experience and be actually helpful.
