Estimatiz is a private and independent application. It does not represent any government or public administration. It is not affiliated with the French Public Finances Directorate (DGFiP), the National Geographic Institute (IGN), the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME), or any of the other organizations mentioned below, and it does not provide any public service.

How much is your property worth? Estimatiz gives you a free price range calculated from real estate sales data published by the DGFiP. This estimate is calculated by Estimatiz: it is not an appraisal provided or validated by the tax authorities.

Enter an address and the property's characteristics to get a low, median, and high estimate based on comparable sales.

With Estimatiz, you can:

• see nearby sales on a map;

• save your estimates and favorites on your phone;

• create, open, and share a detailed report.

No account is required. Your history remains saved on your device and can be deleted at any time.

Estimatiz provides a statistical indicator based on past transactions. It does not replace the advice of a real estate professional.

Version 1.2.1 — un seul type de bien, ventes de l’immeuble et localisation plus tolérante.

• choisissez un type : appartement, maison, local ou autres biens ;
• ventes du même numéro puis des environs, pondérées par proximité, date et surface ;
• option « ventes dans l’immeuble uniquement » ;
• si le numéro exact est introuvable, un numéro voisin sert de repère, signalé comme tel ;
• sélection des ventes retenues, carte et rapport partageable.
