About this app

EMH & Moi is the official mobile application of SEM Eurométropole de Metz Habitat.

It gives you 24/7 access to your Virtual Agency to easily and securely manage your apartment and tenant account.

With EMH & Moi, you can:

• View your tenant account (status, balance, rent due notice).

• Pay your rent online securely.

• Create and track your requests (technical or administrative) and communicate with your agency.

• Submit your insurance certificate and receive alerts when it is no longer valid.

• Access your documents (lease, rent due notice, receipts).

• Access information about your building: contact details for your caretaker/concierge, notice board, "news flashes," events.

Please note: the app is reserved for EMH tenants with a Virtual Agency account. If you don't yet have an account, create one in just a few minutes on the "Virtual Agency Registration" page, accessible from our website.
