Power Number is a matching game that uses reflection and sacrifice as engine for strategy and progression.
This game was created 5 years ago in flash. Graphically overhauled three years ago with the advent of atomic mode.
And finally ported to Android with a new "one -click" mode.
You must click on a number. There must be at least as much identical numbers contiguous.
So just a single one will be enough when it will take 6 six contiguous .
At this point you mark the corresponding points (at least 1 for 1 and at least 36 to 6) and win the corresponding time.
the numbers clicked disappear and gravity reorganize the game.
You can also at any time sacrifice a number. This is the main driver to move forward in the game
- The single bomb destroys the number chosen and increases the surrounding numbers..
- The atomic bomb destroys the number and remove all the others with the same value.Be cautious, it will make you lose as many points at the same time.
This enables the development of new combinations .
The game stops due to lack of time or when all the numbers were sacrificed .
The holy grail of this game is to pass 1000 points. But few have done so ( less than a dozen at the moment) .
The concept may seem simple but is ultimately much more strategic than it seems at first glance.
First there was the initial distribution .
it will play a lot in the final score. but it is not enough because it is always easy to ruin a good position.
In the early steps of the game, there is a kind of euphoria , full of possible combinations. Even the first sacrifices seem painless. Points parade .
Then come the most difficult situations where there is no easy choice.
I also like the finals where there are few numbers and where it clings to even pick up a few points.
All of this with the pressure of time running.
The frustration is also due to limited opportunities ( this is even more true in the classic mode).
But in the end it is this alchemy (and the difficulty ) that I have as much fun playing it again (and god know how much I played ) .
