eliXcir a business application in web and mobile version to secure, manage and collect the CIR and grants within very short deadlines. It also speeds up your fundraising.
Developed by experts and by the Junior Enterprise of Polytechnique, the application meets the needs expressed for more than 15 years by start-ups and innovation consulting firms to have a business application to facilitate the management of their R&D. .
eliXcir is the tool that will allow you to:
▸ Capture and track the times of your collaborators and young doctors
▸ Secure the documentation of your R&D
▸ Track expenses related to various R&D projects
▸ Centralize and track all your expenses relating to grants to trigger payment of installments as quickly as possible
▸ Produce for your investors reliable data on times and costs incurred on projects
▸ Anticipate a CIR pre-financing request
▸ View your CIR amount in real time
eliXcir will also allow you to gain in fluidity and flexibility, with your chartered accountant and your advice, for:
▸ Certification of expenditure on grants (95% of grants are modeled)
▸ The calculation of the CIR bases to fill in the CERFA form
▸ The valuation of production immobilized by project
▸ Monitoring the consumption of grant budgets
Data is centralized and saved in the cloud. Employees, managers can access it from any IT support (smartphone, PC, Mac - Android or Apple) from the application AND from the internet.
