STILL cannot migrate from old 2015 phone. Password and security question rejected, and only 3 tries allowed! why not a simple secure process like everybody else? People are stuck on outdated phones that have run out of security update support, which makes you LESS secure, and that's YOUR fault. I don't have this problem with any foreign banks. Why is it like this with everything in France? Don't you know that when you make it hard to do business, business goes elsewhere! C'EST BÊTE.🤷

The application is easy to use and navigate. It makes everyday-banking even simpler and more secure. (Provided, you have good internet) Unlike other banks all the debit/credit transactions are not immediately reflected on the app, and I don't know whether that something to do with the app or the bank's settlement system. All in all, the app does justice to my banking needs.

The app has now been pretty stable for many months so I have increased my rating. However, there are still lacking features. Previous review: Better than the monstrosity we had a couple of years ago but still a fail. Randomly fails with obviously useless error messages - "Please check your internet connection" when everything else is working fine. I'm sure the high-frequency traders don't have to worry about this sort of thing. How about you borrow one of their engineers for a couple of weeks?
