it's getting worse and worse impossible to see my call history bad interpretation and miscommunication that caused me to have a huge problem with the government and fined close to 10000$ that I have to pay because the interpreter didn't follow my sign language exactly as I said, operators hang up on me in the middle of a call honestly I'm starting to seriously miss the old system with the tty very dissatisfied with this lately and disappointed

This is the worst app I have ever seen. It doesn't work without permission to take all my contacts and media storage info. I don't want my information sold, and I don't need my device contacts to be included in or combined with my VRS contacts. I also requested a password reset but got an email with nonsense. Are they in kindergarten? Even little kids know more English than whoever wrote that email.

White screen with red top bar frozen all the time all day... you have to use Force stop to start re opening app... and screen don't flash most of time. I always miss call. Poor design... they need to avoid Ives platform.
