Livret P. is the mobile application, offered by Openstone, which democratizes real estate savings for all. This is the solution that allows you to invest your funds free of charge, from €100, against a return of 6% per year. The funds are reinvested in residential properties in dynamic French cities, one of the least risky asset classes. You can also boost your return by up to 6% per year by taking our weekly real estate and savings quizzes.

Registration is very fast and takes 3 minutes. The validation of personal data is done almost instantaneously and totally secure with our specialist partner Jumio. All you have to do is make your payments by (1) connecting your bank account via our partner Bridge, powered by Bankin; (2) by credit card through our partner checkout.com; (3) by bank transfer.

The funds are invested in residential properties combining security and stability in major French cities, where the rental market is dynamic and profitable.

You can follow at any time the total amount invested, the interest earned, the new assets acquired. And don't forget the question of the week that allows you to boost your performance and earn up to 6% per year.

If necessary, you can withdraw your invested funds whenever you want and without penalty or exit fees.
