As much as I love Ponant, this app is simply an embarrassment. I am not connected to the ship's wifi, according to this app. Meanwhile I am browsing the internet and using every other app on my phone in the 🌅 ddle of the ocean with data turned off. Please, just remove this, and stop prompting your guests to install it.

Bug ridden. Tells me there's no upcoming cruises even when I'm on a cruise and have another booked! Have to terminate the App then try again and it MIGHT come right after several retries. Only just OK when on a cruise and it's got it's act together.

Have tried to enter my details within the App but it will not save. All of the relevant information was entered numerous times but without success. Very frustrating, since uninstalled app.
