About this app
PurePro Reporting is the app for residences and business premises maintained by PurePro.
It allows you to directly report cleanliness issues in the common areas of your building or premises: an overflowing garbage room, stains in a lobby, a cobweb, a newly appeared stain, a soiled parking lot. Your report reaches us immediately and is taken into account before the next cleaning visit. If the situation warrants it, we can expedite the intervention.
A RESIDENCE CODE IS REQUIRED
The app is not for general use. It is reserved for residences and sites maintained by PurePro. When creating your account, you will be asked for a code: this will be provided to you by your property manager, building manager, or PurePro.
HOW IT WORKS
You notice a problem, you describe it briefly, indicate the building, floor, or exact location, and add photos if you wish. Your report receives a unique reference number, and you will receive an email confirmation.
You can then track its progress within the application and communicate with us in a dedicated chat thread until the issue is resolved.
YOUR DATA
We collect only what is strictly necessary: your name, email address, phone number, reports, and photos. This data is hosted in France and is not shared with any third parties. No advertising, no tracking, no audience measurement.
Your reports and photos are automatically deleted twenty-four months after submission. You can delete your account at any time from the application settings.
