I love this app for buying and selling clothes and other items. But since I've been a member, two almost three years now, the shipping went up more than twice. Some of the shipping sizes aren't worth buying bundles because the shipping would cost more than all your items you're buying. It's cheaper to ship outside of vinted. Other than shipping costs this app is great! The fees are super small and only matter to the buyer. Seller can price their items however they feel fit.

Items are often listed for cheap BUT shipping drives up the total cost quite a bit. Like something can be listed for $2 and the shipping will add $7. There is no dark mode for Android which really sucks because the design leaves a lot of blinding white space. Don't trust users who ask you to text a phone number to set up a purchase it's a scam and there's no real way to report it. I wish there was a way to add a delivery note allowing buyers to add instruction on where to leave a package.

I have used this app for years and now having issues . it changes to spanish often and seems to have scammers . and cant get ahold of any customer service . goin to have to delete the account sadly * update... Still having issues. Haven't used in a long time but keep hoping. Also can't use PayPal which I feel helps against fraud.. and can't call customer service for help.. Don't seem to be any.. I miss this platform for buying and selling .. Why not fix all this... 😞
