Freddie is for the sapphic & trans community to find friends, events, & lovers. qtpoc founded & self-funded.

Key Features:

- Personals - Post an anonymous Personal where you can find dates, vent, post haikus, and connect with people. Ditch endless swiping and post a Personal instead.
- Post on the Feed - Share your queer thoughts via Posts and add images, videos, memes, or run a poll. You can also save Post drafts.
- People Search - Filter to find people who are interested in the same things, are looking for dates, or are self-proclaimed tops. It’s a queer search you didn’t know was possible.
- Events - Find queer events in NYC, LA, Chicago and the Bay. Or create your own events, wherever you are, for others to find.
- Spaces - Organize and communicate with your community with a group just for you. Each Space comes with its own feed, events, and group moderation.
- Custom Profile - Personalize your profile with audio, text, images, or music tiles. You can also set your Top 8 connections on Freddie - very much like Myspace.

Really great idea and base! Currently it's pretty buggy (probably from influx of users). Creators seem to be super receptive to criticism and changing things in the app. My biggest problems is needing to know my exact location, how slow it's running, and barely being able to type because of bugs

A small but growing space designed by queer people for queer people. This space is minimalistic, ad-free, and easy to navigate. Can't wait to see where this goes, hopefully it will reach a lot more people.

Horrible. I saw so many okay to good reviews on Reddit so I made an account and it's the same poop on the other "lesbian" apps: people going on about their weight, going on about their trans status, men in general, etc. There are hardly any black people, mostly white people even though it's supposed to be poc. The personals were just filled with sex ads. No one was in my location even. I don't recommend this app. Too basic, lacks substance, no poc like advertised, and lack of sophistication.

What's new

We have a packed summer roadmap! First up, we’re making Spaces more functional and intuitive. Here’s what’s rolling out today:

- New Spaces tabs let you browse each Space’s feed more easily.
- Post-destination toggle on the Home “Create Post” screen—choose the main feed or a specific Space.
- Chatroom limit raised from 20 to 30.
- Clickable links in comments (finally!).
- Up to six links per post for richer sharing.
