it is fun, don't get me wrong, I like a game I can jump into and play real quick, which before, I'd say this game did just that. However, this game has become pretty much unplayable if you have a few minutes to kill, cause you then have to wade through the update popups upon opening the app, then the ads to get you to buy characters or pets, or guns, or whatever else. I get you have a lot of features (perhaps too many) but this game lost it's simple nature and is just too much.

I’ve been playing this game for years, but the ads have become ridiculous. Watching an ad is fine, but forcing players to interact with and play the ad just to continue is unacceptable. If we don’t interact, the ad gets stuck for several minutes. Players downloaded this game to play your game, not the ads. Please fix this and bring back normal skippable ads, because this is ruining the experience for longtime players like me.

I have not and there isn't a clear way to receive items that Ive purchased. I have seen a restore purchased items option with other games. not this one. There is a rabbit hole to go through just to speak to someone about the situation. Watching ads for free items is the same. Do my part and then failure on yours. Do better
