About the developer:
Hey! My name is Lente. I started working on Spilled! at the end of 2022. It is my first commercial release. I paused school and bought my own small boat to live on, which lowered my cost of living and allowed me to fully focus on Spilled! for a while. Once my savings ran out, I ran a successful Kickstarter, which kept me afloat all the way up until release! I am so happy I have been able to follow my dreams. I hope you like Spilled!

Lets you play the first couple of areas then asks you to pay to unlock the full game. 5/5 for that monetization model alone, more mobile games should be like that. The game itself is a cute little casual cleanup game. It may be short but I prefer to think of it as not overstaying its welcome; I do think it's worth the money for the full game, especially compared to most mobile games.

I found the demo to be very cute and just the right amount of active but cozy that still engaged me while being enjoyable to look at. I did find quite a bit of lag when the screen had one or more different areas on view at the same time. It felt like loading buffering as the game tried to load all of the assets. I also was able to frequently glitch bottles outside of my catch if I was close enough to a land mass. This quickly became frustrating and created a new struggle that wasn't appealing.

I think the look and feel of the game is great and beautiful. I have a samsung-fold that is from when that phone came out, and sadly, the game runs slow over all. maybe my phone at fault, maybe the game, I could not work out what side is in need. I think the controls could work better with a 1 touch move sys over a 2 touch sys. I plan on trying the game on Steam.
