continues to charge. won't allow me to cancel. says my email or password is incorrect. reset password. doesn't send an email (even to spam) but sends me daily emails. if I could give this 0 stars I would. because of this app I actually have to get a new card! infuriating! I block access to my account and they switch accounts to charge again. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

Initially I had fun with the trial but I was pretty sure I cancelled whatever subscription they have. Until today I found a pending charge from them on my bank statement that I didn't authorize. The trial months ago so I'll have to check how many months it has been done. I understand that I can't get the money back from the previous months but I really need today's cancelled and credited back & for the subscription to be cancelled. I can't find a way to talk to anyone or anything for help on app

Just realized that I got charged 45 bucks but don't remember activating the account. I tried canceling in Google play, doesn't show up in subscriptions. I try the support chat, they can't find my email address in the system but are gonna send me an email, ah ok. I go back into the app go to settings>plans>then there is a drop down arrow under your subscription plan, I click it and it gives the option to cancel. Why won't they say that instead of sending you to Google. SO SCAMMY
