Trash. Had a problem with my first order, reported it immediately, and 2 days later it's still not remedied and I haven't heard back at all. I just deleted the app with everything in its "wallet" as I have no intention or need to deal with this amateurism when there's no shortage of reliable responsive delivery apps. Strangely, there's no option to delete the account, at least none that I could find readily in the app. This is shady and makes me suspicious of their data retention and privacy.

Hello, i ordered through your app today but the it was detecing the wrong location.the driver was very understanding when I told him it was the wrong address, but surprisingly the app wasnt!, since they told him to cancel my order?!,althought the correct address was not far from the first location. This is a very bad way to treat a customer giving that the app was originally the one navigating the wrong location.

Decent app, very bad customer service. I had an issue with my order and customer support was not willing to do anything about it. Unfortunately the alternatives have much better service/support.
